Founded in 2004 by a group of Ceramic Engineers and Materials Scientists with backgrounds in microelectronic and hybrid manufacturing, TFT provides Thick Film Design, Manufacturing and Consulting Services for Electronics Manufacturers, Design Engineers and Research Scientists.
In 2006 Thick Film Technologies acquired Harmonics, Inc., a Seattle company with a successful history of developing and commercializing innovative ceramic and Sacrificial Volume Materials, to supplement TFT's own expertise in ceramic processing.
As our business has grown we have specialized in helping customers innovate and develop their designs through integration of thick film resistive components and circuitry into their products. Robust, compact heaters for the auto industry to wireless, agricultural soil moisture sensors, to deep sea temperature sensors, military electronics heat spreaders and from consumer beauty aids to medical and scientific testing equipment we have helped designers and engineers to improve their product performance, reduce weight, footprint and in many cases their costs as well.
